By purchasing a ticket, each purchaser is entered into the WinAHomeInSpain draw (“the Draw”) from 15 th November 2024 to 30 th May 2025 inclusive.
Each ticket purchased shall entitle the purchaser (or the person named on the ticket) to one entry into the Draw, and multiple purchases in the same name
are permitted. A maximum of 20000 tickets shall be sold.

The first prize of the raffle is a two-bedroom apartment home, newly built, in the development known as Alhama Nature, Alhama de Murcia, Spain, plus
€50,000.00 in cash.

Further prizes and bonus prizes may be added during the period of the sales promotion up to and including the final draw date. Details will be as advertised from time-to-time and all ticket holders who have purchased prior to any draw date will be included in each draw thereafter.

The promoter of the draw is Westmeath GAA County Board under the remit of its Management Committee (“ the Organising Committee”).
Members of the Organising Committee are excluded from entering the draw.
- The licence pursuant to Section 28(10) of the Gaming and Lotteries Act, 1956 to operate the draw was issued at Mullingar District Court on 26 th July 2024.
- The draw will be held on Friday, May 30th, 2025. An extension of up to 30 days later than the above date may be permitted without cause, but it is intended to have the winner drawn by the last day of June 2025 and have the property conveyed to the winner by no later than the last day of July 2025.
- The Organising Committee have contracted with Promotora Alhama Nature S.L., to build the apartment to a completed finish, including landscaping, roads
and services, community pool and internally finished to include fitted kitchen, flooring, painting and tiling, etc. (hereinafter called “the Apartment contract”)
Promotora Alhama Nature S.L. have agreed that the Organising Committee may assign to the winner of the Draw for the Apartment all of the rights of the
Organising Committee under the Apartment Contract and the winner accepts that his/her rights are limited to those rights under the Apartment Contract.
- The Organising Committee or its agents or promoters shall not in any circumstances be liable for any loss suffered due to any issues or delays in
the construction of the apartment and the winner accepts that once nominated mentioned above, Westmeath GAA, its Organising Committee or agents shall have no further or other responsibility or liability to the winner save for payment of the full purchase and building contact price.
- The obligations under the Apartment contract, including but not limited to the requirement for the owner (winner) to become a member of the management
company of the development, and to contribute his/her equitable share of the annual service charges fee, shall become the obligations of the winner on
becoming owner of the apartment.

The two-bedroom apartment is currently valued at €200,000.00 which valuation is based on the current market value of similar properties. No
warranty is given by the Organising Committee as to the Apartment value when completed or into the future.

Conveyancing and registration of the property shall be arranged between the solicitor for the Builder and a solicitor to be arranged by and on behalf of the
winner.

The winner is responsible for his/her own side’s legal fees and any costs of registration of the property, including any stamp-duty or other fees or charges.

Ticket purchase is open to all persons over 18 years of age. Tickets are sold in Ireland, under Irish Law and any regulations in place in Ireland. Tickets can be purchased on-line from any location worldwide save where prohibited by law in the purchaser’s home jurisdiction.

Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased. However, should the draw not take place for any reason, force-majeure or otherwise, full refunds of tickets
purchased will be made within 28 days of draw cancellation.

The Trustees of Westmeath GAA, the Officers of the Westmeath County Committee, or the members of the Organising Committee, shall not be liable
in any way to any ticket purchaser for any loss suffered in connection with this draw.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries or payments not received for whatever reason. Purchasers shall receive a confirmation of purchase and a
5-digit ticket-number within 24 hours of purchasing their membership, which confirms their ticket number and inclusion in the draw. Should any error occur
in the processing of payment after the issuing of the ticket number, the purchaser shall be contacted by e-mail to advise if the transaction has been
voided.

The winner shall be contacted by the means of communication they have provided and their identity will be verified within 14 days of the draw date.
Their identity and location (town, county or country, as appropriate) shall be publicised on the draw date. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name
and images that may be taken at the prize-giving/hand-over, in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be
used solely in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Westmeath GAA, the Organising Committee and its agents reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without
notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event
outside of the Organiser’s control.

Any changes to the rules of the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by or its agents or promoters.

The operation of the draw and the conduct of the selection of the winning ticket on the draw date shall be scrutinised by an independent observer. The
draw will be held in public and ticket purchasers are welcome to attend and observe the draw live. It is also intended that the draw will be streamed live
via Iarmhí TV and/or similar forums.

By purchasing a ticket in this draw, the purchaser is confirming his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
